Question:  I have copies of some land records that involve my g-grandfather and others as &quot;trustees&quot;, but these records are in regard to church property.  Until reading this post, I&#039;ve always just assumed it meant that they were trustees of the church.  Now, I&#039;m not sure what to think. What do you (or anyone else reading this) think about that?
